It's ok, Alison. I'm 30 and I like them, too. And yes, I say that with a mild twinge of something like regret, or embarassment. And yet I say it publicly! Interesting. Actually, since we're on the subject I've been meaning to ask you where you see the Mormon references in them. Not that I don't believe you but I'm not that familiar with what a Mormonistic hint would look like.

I hope nobody ever catches me reading this blog about Alison and Amanda reading kids books. That would be embarrassing!

Alison - a new season of Celebrity Rehab has started! I watched most of the first show last night (I missed the first 20 minutes, so I'll catch that part tonight.)

What a group they have this time. Jeff Conaway is back. He's had several back surgeries since last year. He and his girlfriend Vikki (remember her?) got in a fight a few weeks before rehab started and she kicked Jeff in the back five times while they were both high on cocaine. Classy. Then on the show she's all "Oh Dr. Drew, please help me!"

But I think the most messed up person this time is Steven Adler of Guns N' Roses. Have you ever met him, Alison? He once had a stroke after taking heroin and cocaine intravenously. He was in a coma for 5 days. He's now partially paralyzed on his left side and has a serious speech impediment. He said when he was 11 his step-father kicked him out of the house - he came home from school and found all his stuff out on the street. Wow! How do you deal with that when you're 11 years old?

But it's only the first day of rehab and Gary Busey is already giving Shelly fits about his cell phone usage. Some things never change.
