Fox & Friends & syrup

If you're like me then you love seeing me on TV. Good news: I'll be back on Fox & Friends this Sunday doing the Fast Forward segment. It'll probably be at 9:45am but that could change so please check my blog every hour on the hour if not more frequently and ask all your friends to do the same.

In other news, I've become a fan of this:

It's very low-calorie somewhat artificial tasting weird consistency maple syrup. I like to pour a blob of it in a cup and then stir in a packet of Splenda and then put it in the freezer and make a little syrup puck which tastes sort of like maple and sort of like a hockey puck.

Is Sugar Free Syrup even possible? Do they not add more sugar? Do they take sugar out? Do they make it from Orge sweat? I'm both happy for and worried for you and this find.

Also for the sake of the world I hope they give you equal time to talk this week and don't have fire alarms and bid mating sounds over you again.

Nice! They need to make you a regular on F&F Weekend.

Thank you for helping support the local economy up here in VT! We need all the help we can get.

Besides cows and skiing, maple syrup helps keep Vermont on the map. Sking and maple syrup are good - cows not so much. There's a farm a few miles from where I live and occasionally I have to drive by it. Sometimes in the summer the smell is just unbearable (especially on really hot days). I don't know how people can live and work there.

Sugar free Vermont syrup? Isn't that like good smack that's been stepped on too many times?
