The conversation I just had with my mom about my birthday

Me: Can you believe I've been alive for this long?

My mom: Can you believe I've been a mother for this long?

Me: I can't believe any of this has been going on for this long.

  1. OK, since I am older than you, you are never allowed to talk about being old. Also, when you have reached 33 you have outlived Jesus - so that's something to shoot for(which is freaky for me since I was raised with 12 years of Catholic school).

Oh, and Happy Birthday. You're the best.

  2. It's like the old saying: If I knew I was going to live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself.

    Happy Birthday Ali Ro!

  4. I'm with Scott/Karpay on this one. Being soooooooo much older than you, It warms my heart to hear whippersnappers like you complain about your age.

Happy Birthday Alison! May you get all you need, and more than you want. Now get off my lawn.

" If today is Alison's birthday, she is living her 12,419th Day on earth. As for me, I'm 7,805.I wonder how old I am......."

  7. Wait a minute!! Are you older than Jesus, or only 26?!?! If you are older than Jesus, than I am too! If you are only 26, then I'll be leaving your blog site. I'm trying to avoid interaction with little girls.
