I get hate mail!

Or at least, un-fan mail (hope this doesn't make me quit TONY!)

TONY, I love you, but I can't keep quiet any longer: Please, please stop using Alison Rosen to conduct interviews for the Hot Seat. She is an immature, self-serving interviewer who brings out the worst in her subjects. I love Hot Seat and turn to it right away, but I dread seeing her name attached. TONY is already fun and edgy; Rosen's adolescent, baiting interviewing skills drag the calibre of TONY down to that of a vapid gossip mag. For the sake of TONY-- and its formidable interview subjects-- please don't let her near the Hot Seat.

Thanks!

Dam*it Aunt Eunice, I told you not to do that. I have to apologize for my kin folk Alison. They ain't got no home trainin'.
No seriously, Does this person not realize who they are talking about? I hate it when people *out of their demographic*, criticize what they don't understand. Don't they know the target audience is for people ages 85-100?

Joe you'll appreciate this one. I think you should do what Seinfeld did to one of his hecklers. He found out where the person worked and went to their office and heckled them where they worked. Of course she ended up losing a pinky toe, but who cares about that toe anyway right? Of COUrse I'm not advocating violence. Some people just don't realize that *hate mail* always falls on deaf ears.

OK, it's time to get out the baseball bats...

Don't let it bother you Alison. Critics are a dime a dozen, and most of them don't kow what they're talking about. There are plenty of RosenFans out there who appreciate and love you. You're very talented. Don't quit just because of one stupid letter.

Remember.. you put the HOT in Hot Seat!

My favorite Alison Rosen (regarding Britney Spears) quote:

"It was just so dramatic! Such a public way to destroy her image. I remember that morning hearing about it and I...I just felt off balance because it felt like such a demonstration of crazy behavior"

E. Lowe, NYC. - Your opinion makes me feel off balance because you are demonstrating such crazy behavior! Your talking about a magazine that has articles like Penthouse Forum Mad Libs, Get Naked, Who Just Had Sex?...I could go on and on with a lot of "adolescent" stuff in this magazine. Alison was one of the few creative bright spots for TONY readers...trust me they have plenty of writers that can spew out immature crap, however, I don't think they will be able to replace her print or on-screen abilities!

...and this is my Gut feeling!

"You're opinion of me is none of my business"

I love Joe's use of the term RosenFans but aren't we getting a bad wrap for always carrying bats?

PS - I've never read TONY before... :)
